Free scans stay in your browser
Face landmark detection, photo quality checks, geometric scoring, and the free result run locally. When you open the full report result page, its photo and measurements are saved in this browser for 2 hours using IndexedDB, so refreshing can restore them. Completed paid reports are also saved locally for 2 hours from saving. Expired copies are blocked immediately and removed while the page is open or the next time you visit; a closed browser cannot run cleanup. Clearing site data removes these copies. Downloads and sharing happen only when you choose them.
Your optional account
Registration stores your verified email address and a salted password hash. We never store your password as plain text. Our email provider, Resend, sends registration and password-reset codes to your address. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive your Google account identifier and verified email to create or match your account. We do not store Google access tokens. Codes expire after 10 minutes. An essential, HTTP-only cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days; signing out revokes that session, and resetting your password revokes all your sessions. Creating an account does not save your free photos or create a report history. Contact support@facestyleanalyzer.com to request account deletion.
Optional full AI report
If you explicitly agree to create a full report, the selected photo and derived measurements are sent through our server to OpenAI for report generation. Hairstyle previews are separate requests using the same photo. Payment confirmation starts generation, and the finished PDF is emailed to your delivery address. Temporary server report files are deleted after successful email delivery. Original photos are also scheduled for deletion within 2 hours. If generation fails after retries, the original photo and error are emailed to the site owner for troubleshooting, then temporary server files are deleted after that failure notice is sent. Paid order identifiers remain for payment reconciliation and support. Browser copies expire separately as described above; they are not an account history. Do not use the optional AI report if you do not want your photo processed by OpenAI.
